Shipping & Delivery Policy – Fens Gadgets
At Fens Gadgets, we strive to provide a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for all our customers. This policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered across Pakistan.
By placing an order with Fens Gadgets, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within the same business day if placed before 5:00 PM (Karachi Time).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with the order details.
2. Delivery Locations & Timeframes
Karachi Deliveries:
- Delivery within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Same-day delivery is subject to stock availability and operational conditions.
Other Cities in Pakistan:
- Orders are dispatched same day after confirmation.
- Delivery is typically within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. External factors like weather, public holidays, or courier delays may affect the actual delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges & COD
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value (e.g., Rs. 3,000).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Customers should ensure accurate shipping details for smooth delivery.
4. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched (if available).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if possible)
Our team will review your case and arrange a return, exchange, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Order Cancellations
- If you change your mind after placing an order, notify us within 12 hours via WhatsApp or email.
- Orders canceled within this period will receive a full refund if payment was made online, or the order will simply not be dispatched (for COD).
- Orders requested for cancellation after 12 hours may already be in dispatch and cannot be canceled
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Fens Gadgets is not liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or extra shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete information.
