Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Fens Gadgets
At Fens Gadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth process for our customers across Pakistan.
By placing an order with Fens Gadgets, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
- For defective or wrong items, please contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp.
Note: Products returned due to change of mind are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at support@fensgadgets.com or WhatsApp 0341-7883357.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or drop-off instructions.
Important: Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from our support team.
3. Refunds
Refunds are applicable for:
- Products received damaged, defective, or wrong
- Items approved for return after inspection by Fens Gadgets
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with our support team.
4. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order:
- You must notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Contact us via WhatsApp (0341-7883357) or email support@fensgadgets.com.
- Orders canceled within the allowed time frame will receive a full refund (if payment was made online) or will not be dispatched (for COD).
Note: Orders canceled after the 12-hour window may already be in dispatch and cannot be canceled.
5. Shipping Charges for Returns
- For defective, damaged, or wrong items, return shipping will be covered by Fens Gadgets.
- For other returns (if applicable), the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
6. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories
- Items returned after the 7-day window
