2. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:
- Browse our website and select the products you want.
- Add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details.
- Choose your payment method (COD, online payment, or bank transfer).

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available nationwide. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

4. How long does delivery take?
- Karachi: Same-day delivery (within 24 hours).
- Other cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or weather conditions.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

- Orders canceled after 12 hours may already be in dispatch and cannot be canceled.

6. What is your Return, Refund & Exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or wrong products within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- For defective or incorrect items, please contact us with order number and photos.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. COD refunds are credited via bank transfer or store credit.
